CYA Files helps you document workplace incidents by voice and generates a structured report that is emailed to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining your own copies of any reports you generate.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
CYA Files offers a free tier that includes one report, along with paid Founding Member Monthly and Six-Month plans for unlimited reports.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, and access continues through the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including submitting unlawful content or attempting to disrupt the platform.
5. Disclaimer
CYA Files provides documentation tools and does not provide legal advice. Reports you generate are for your own records.
